Peacham Community Housing (PCH) is a nonprofit that supports community projects that enhance Peacham's quality of life, including housing and services for low- and moderate-income individuals, families, seniors, and people with disabilities. We work to keep neighbors informed, strengthen local connections, and help make Peacham a place where people can stay, participate, and belong.

PCH and RuralEdge are continuing work toward two connected goals: improvements to the Academy Apartments / Academy buildings for long-term stability and upkeep, and the creation of four affordable apartments in the vacant Science Building. The overall plan has not changed, but the timeline has moved. The current target for the transition and the start of renovation work is fall. PCH will remain the local partner, helping keep a strong relationship between this housing work and the Peacham community.
